The La Parisienne HE Laundry Detergent is specially made for front-loading washing machines. Besides being ultra-effective and containing high-performance ingredients, you can wash more loads with each litre.
How are HE detergents different from regular detergents?
In HE washing machines, the water level is lower during the wash and rinse cycles, so detergents must act differently in order to ensure an optimal level of cleaning.
The deep-cleaning La Parisienne HE Laundry Detergents are made to produce only a small amount of suds and to dissolve quickly.
Using a traditional detergent in a top-loading or front-loading HE washer may create too many suds, which could affect the cleaning power or the washer’s tumbling action. It could also reduce the stain removal properties and the effectiveness of the rinse cycle and could cause the washer pump to overheat, which would increase the amount of water used and cancel out any water and energy savings the machine usually offers. Ultimately, it could negatively affect the way the machine works.
